Weird question... not sure where to ask this..

possible TW- miscarriage

So I got my BFP a couple of days ago for baby #2!!! 🥳 we are so excited!! My first doctors appt is when I am 8 weeks (May 26th).. My family is going on a trip to Disney world on May 31st. I’m always a “prepare for the worst” kind of person.. so I’m sorry if this comes off harsh. But if I were to go to my 8 week appointment and something is wrong (no heartbeat, miscarriage, etc) - what is the timeline on that?

Would hate to be the reason this trip is cancelled as its other people coming with us too, not just us.

Just wanting advice please.
