PPP Loan question.wrong category i know but...

Hi there...quick question for anyone who can help me.

My father and I opened a business together THIS YEAR (2021). Its an automobile dealership. We are the only employees.

We are struggling as it is. Can we apply for a PPP loan if we just opened the business earlier this year?

We did not file taxes last year because we did not own this business . I had and still have a corporate job but this is his main source of income.

What options are available to him?
