Has Anyone Gotten Pregnant On Depo??

Been having some pregnancy symptoms coming to the end of my 12 week injection. Never had any bleeding at all on the shot and now im spotting. Never get heartburn and last night i had mild heartburn. SUPER lethargic and exhausted all the time. Diarrhea out of nowhere. And random mild cramping for 2 days last week.

I know its super rare to get pregnant on depo when taken regularly but im just panicked rn so has anyone on this app actually been pregnant on the shot????
