Vaginal spotting when I go to the bathroom

Hi, I am currently 10 weeks and for the last few days I have had vaginal spotting when I strain to go #2 (sorry tmi)! I have not had any clots or cramping and it stops after I wipe a couple times. I told my RE and she doesn’t seem too concerned. I go to see my actual OB tomorrow but I’m just wondering is this normal and if so what causes it? I’ve had a couple miscarriages in the past so I’m just really worried. Thanks in advance for any advice or info you have!
