Ivf baby - when you became excited..

Hey, looking for some fellow long road experience, how long did it take you to really relax and really look forward to your baby?

Don't get me wrong, we want our family, but after a few years n so many people saying to hope but not expect each round.. We'r 8 weeks now and actually discharged.. But part of me still half expects someone to call us back in..

It wasn't till a family member asked me how excited I must be n how much stuff I'd brought already, that it really kicked in how unreal the whole thing feels.

I'm not sure if many people just take it for granted.. I'm thinking at 12 weeks when we have stopped our meds n had our next scan, perhaps then.. 🤞
