Should i take a rest day or power through?
Hey!!
Im so happy to say ive been following advice here for months and am almost to my goal weight!
I got my first dose of the vaccine yesterday and today ive been super exhausted and sore. I also got a double whammy with my period:/ so cramps too! Usually i try and power through but i feel so ran down. I did go for about a mile and a half jog to try and balance it.
What do you ladies think? Would you go?
