Worried 16 month old

My little girl is 16 months and I took her to the doctor yesterday and her doctor said she supposed to be saying 10 words. I don’t think she is saying 10 words. She says mama , dada, yeah , hi , stop & she said “oh shit “ because of her aunt smh and she knows how to say her name is you ask her. I’m worried my baby has a speech delay . My niece is about to be 2 and I believe she was saying a lot of things by 18 months. My baby is super smart though she will get something if I ask her to get it i don’t even know how she knows what a orange is and she knows what to do with hand sanitizer. She knows how to work a iPad , she’s waves hi and bye and she swears she a tiktok person lol she would put the phone up against something like her aunt does and turn on the camera and dance. Can anyone tell me if this is a speech delay ? I’m really really worried I want my baby to talk 🥺 she only talks gibberish mainly like she will hold a conversation with you in gibberish with the hand movements like how adults speak.
