Weird Discharge and Spotting! Am I okay!?

Hi, i’m a 19F. It has been 3 months almost 4 that i have been spotting and having a abnormal amount of discharge. FYI i am not on any birth control and My periods haven’t changed. This stuff happens after my period during ovulation for 3-4 days. It usually starts out with lots of stretchy long discharge. then spotting comes on and off for the next few days. the spotting consists of either being light pink or being small strips or drips of blood mixed in with discharge. Until 3 months ago this has never happened to me before. I asked my mom about it and she said she isn’t worried, that this is maybe happening because i’m in prime baby making stage and people maybe go through this in their 20s. I have been freaking out and worried. Should i go to my doctor over this? I have anxiety so this has been heavy on my mind! Am i okay?
