Paternity Fraud

I think my ex paid off the paternity testing place to make it seem like my daughter is his.

The man I slept with the night of her estimated conception looks exactly like her, and nothing like my ex. Could there be a way to sue him or have him legally punished if he is found guilty of paying off the testing center?

My ex abused me for years and tried to make me miscarry 3 times while pregnant with my daughter because, in his words "thats not my kid, why do I care", and now suddenly he claims her and wants to be a father, and I can't allow her to go to the POS that tried to kill her before I even knew that she was a girl...
