It looks like it’s only including the fees for the egg retrieval. You should request a comprehensive list of fees including transfer fees. Also find out if there’s a difference between having a fresh transfer vs frozen. Different clinics have different billing policies and I wouldn’t want you to end up with any surprise costs.

It looks like it’s just for egg retrieval. My clinic is charging me $4,500 for my FET - cycle monitoring, FET procedure and embryo glue.

Congratulations on your first cycle of IVF! I haven't had IVF  myself but from what I've seen most women pay anywhere from $15,000 to $25,000 (sometimes more!)  per cycle so I would definitely try to save for that price point! I'll be praying for you and your family!

I think regardless of what this breakdown is for, you are only $1500 away from your annual out of pocket max so if insurance covers it you’re done with out of pocket expenses. Problem is some medicine, storage and PGS may still be additional expenses.
