Anyone else experience spotting in pregnancy?

At least once a week I get a small streak of blood in my discharge. Tomorrow I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been getting this from the very start. I have had 3 ultrasounds so I know baby is fine. My dr is aware and said not to worry unless it is a big bleed or if I have bleeding with cramping.

Could I just have a sensitive cervix? I Haven’t had sex since being pregnant. But I know early on when I was checking my cervix ( I don’t do this anymore!!) I would spot a little streak and then stop.

Anyway, today I’ve had a cough. It has been quite a bit cough. Could it be from coughing that I am getting a little bit of bleeding.

I’m even thinking it is when I need to you my bowels and I am constipated (my bowel puts pressure on my pelvic area and causes a bit of spotting)

NOTE: this is not a big bleed, I wouldn’t even call it spotting. Within my normal discharge there is a speck or small thin streak of blood. It is nothing new. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this in pregnancy?
