Ex Wife issues continued…

I’ve posted on here before about this issue, kind of asking what you guys would do in my shoes and so on. Now I am posting to vent and I honestly feel stuck.

My husband and his ex wife have the weirdest co-patenting relationship. They share a bank account, phone account, Amazon account, etc. He tells me he’s working on getting it separated but he doesn’t want to leave her stranded (she’s married too…. So???).

I don’t typically do this but I read some texts between her and him and he’s offered to help her buy a car AFTER I’ve been struggling with trying to understand their relationship. They have 3 kids together so I totally understand and support co parenting with the kids but these two are co-dependent on each other. They refer to each other as best friends.

Well last night I read some really disturbing messages about him telling her how proud he is of her and she commented back telling him that she loves him dearly and thanks for always being there for her and always being her forever best friend. To which he replied…I love you dearly too and I am so damn proud of you for all you’ve overcome.

Oh, and their marriage ended because she was unfaithful multiple times…

I feel stuck bc the kids are invested in this and my daughter is now invested. She calls him daddy…. And she loves her siblings.

I’ve gotten to the point where I am even seeing a therapist bc I am so overwhelmed between this and my job.
