When did you tell work?

I called my boss the day I found out lol. But we are close outside of work.

I told my manager at 15w and a couple of close colleagues I am friends with knew earlier, but I'm not telling anyone else - ever 🤣 I work from home and haven't even met my work colleagues yet (I started in 2020 and did training with 4 other girls then we all got sent home) so telling the rest of my colleagues feels like announcing to strangers.

Just told them at 16w. Executive director did it during a staff meeting and half of them nearly fell off their chairs in shock 😂

My boss and I have been discussing new moving to office manager position,  we were discussing the future so I felt like I should tell him. I was 8 weeks at the time.  Didn't seem right and I didn't want to miss the opportunity for keeping it from him.  I do plan on taking time off and if I'm in that position at the time I will need to make arrangements and assign other staff my responsibilities,  which I'll need to teach them how to do it first, so the more time to do that the better.  I haven't told y the rest of the staff just the owners.
