Too early for ultrasound?!

Question

Went to the dr and confirmed pregnancy, I’m not sure when I ovulated but she said that I’m too early to see anything other than endometrial thickening. Maybe 3-4 weeks.. She said everything looks fine and cervix closed... but still nervous. Go back on the 10th.

That’s normal so don’t stress. Typically they can’t see anything until your further along like 6 weeks or so.

I went in on 4/23; referred to have a transvag U/S. The results said “no intrauterine pregnancy,” but that either I had a miscarriage or it was too early (>4weeks). 
4/26, went back to DR for bloodwork again. 
4/28, DR office called and said I’m, indeed, pregnant, about 4-ish weeks per blood work. 
Watching the U/S tech’s monitor, I saw absolutely nothing. I scheduled an OB appointment and they won’t see me prior to May 20, around 7-8 weeks.

It is possible I went in at 4 weeks and it was literally the same my uterus lining was thick and I was told that’s the early stage of your pregnancy so you should see something within 5-7 weeks ! Congrats 🤍
