Will I get approved for unemployment

My sons caregiver recently told me they won’t be able to watch him anymore and I have called every childcare facility in my area but a lot of facilities aren’t taking infants or have reached their capacity due to their covid regulations. I have enrolled him in an early head start but he’s on a waitlist. I’m at a loss no other family member can watch him . My question is if I resign due to that would I get approved for unemployment ?
