My husband left me! Update

I come home and on the table is his wedding ring, his cell phone, and divorce papers. He took his car and nothing else. He didn't take his clothes, his Xbox, his phone NOTHING! He just left....

Edit: Hes schizophrenic and been off his meds for over a month because of insurance issues but why would that make him leave?

Update: Okay everyone my husband is okay. What happened is pretty fucked. Me and his sister do not get along. She doesn't like me because I'm Asian. His family knows he's been off his meds. I went through his phone and his sister was texting him and trying to manipulate memories into him that never happened. She had told him I abused him and brought up this false memories. Since he trouble knowing what's reality he's easy to manipulate. He kept saying he didn't remember these things but she kept insisting they happened. She told him to leave and she will get him and keep him safe. Her fucked up plan backfired because he took the car and was hallucinating in the car so he had left our car on the side of the road and started walking because he was scared. He was found by his brothers best friend and he got him to his brothers. Most of their family doesn't talk to his sister because she's manipulative and vindictive but he still loves her. He's fine now. We need to get him back on his medication.
