Implantation bleeding ?

I’ve been spotting for 3 days now it’s very light and comes and goes but I’m unsure why I’m spotting because I’ve never had spotting before. My period isn’t due until may 11th and I’ve been having sex but it hasn’t been too rough and my bf likes to spit a lot so there was plenty of lubrication. I’m mainly worried about pregnancy because he came in me a week ago and I just got off of my birth control 2 weeks before that due to some really bad side effects I looked it up first to see what might be going on and it said it was implantation spotting but even if I was pregnant I wouldn’t see any signs this early right? Some advice please?
