6 weeks and bleeding.... 🚨 Sorry if TMI

Hello guys! I’m 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant to be exact. So earlier today I went to use the bathroom and when I wiped, the tissue had pinkish blood on it. Then it started dripping blood a little bit. I have a pad on right now, I’m not constantly bleeding or bleeding heavy like my normal period would be, but I’m just so worried and scared. I just re-tested again and it’s still saying I’m pregnant. Has anybody experienced this before? I just need re-assurance..... 😔
