Insomnia help!

Hey ladies. So, I’m 10 weeks 3 days and most of my symptoms have subsided. HOWEVER, I have this lovely new symptom. I have no issues getting to sleep but my problem lies in staying asleep. I peeked at my phone every time I got up last night/this morning and it seems like it’s in 2 hour intervals that I’m waking up to readjust. It totally throws me off the whole next day and I am like a zombie most of the day. Any tips to help me sleep through the nights??
