He Still hasn’t made it official

I’ve been seeing this guy since July of 2020, so we’ve been talking every single day for 9 months and he still hasn’t made it official. He definitely likes me and I doubt he’s seeing any girls. He has taken me to his parents, I’ve met his friends and siblings and vise versa. He’s actually a very sweet guy, and he’s really respectful. He was the first guy to even get me flowers just because. I’ve brought it up earlier about 4 months into talking about making it official and he has only responded with “oh not yet 😅, but soon” and when I brought it up a second time, he said “I don’t want to ask you a boring way. I want to ask you out in a cool memorable way”. Like BOY! You’ve had 9 months already to think of something by now. I feel like giving him an ultimatum, which I should have done a long time ago!

I was seeing a guy back in 2019 and all he did was string me along for a whole year just to say that he’s not ready for a relationship, but was on with being friends with benefits, and I’m scared the whole thing is happening again with this new guy.
