Pregnant and disabled
I need to vent, I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant. I’m so happy to be pregnant considering I was TTC for 4 years with 2 CP’s in between. But I can’t help and feel sad... I’m disabled. And before finding out I was pregnant I was scheduled for surgery because I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and it affected my right knee and left arm. I use crutches to move around. I know I’m still early but I get scared thinking about once I’m further into pregnancy how difficult it would be for me.. or after baby is born how much I will struggle holding baby or moving around. I’m scared I won’t be a good mom to my baby because of my disability. I’m so grateful for my rainbow but I’m also so scared...
