Help, required paperwork during pregnancy ?

I was told the other day that I’m missing vital paperwork from my sister that I need while being pregnant and the hospital or midwife gives me. 
I’ve tried googling to see what I need and I’m waiting for a call back from hospital. 
I was wondering do you girls know what vital information and paperwork they HAVE to give you ?

Your doctor will give you paperwork if and when you need it. Just because someone had a baby before, doesn’t mean thing are the same now or they know everything. Trust your doctor.

Do you mean from HR at work? Or the form to pre-fill out for the birth registry?

For me, I had to preregistration for all my births. I shouldn’t say had but they suggest doing it at 28 weeks so you don’t have to worry about it when you go into labor. Was insurance papers, what kind of room I wanted, the hospital “rules” ect. So when I go into labor I go right to the delivery floor as all the paperwork is done.

Your doctor, midwife or the hospital will have you sign all paperwork whenever necessary. Unless your sister works there I wouldn’t worry about.
