38 weeks 2 Days .. symptoms??

I am sweating like crazy and feel like I smell! Is anyone else going through this? It’s hard to tell if I’m having small contractions or if it’s just baby shifting position... he is so huge now. How do I tell the difference??? My stomach has been upset for about the past day, but I’m still eating like crazy. Not sure what any of it means, if he is staying put for a while or ready to come soon. I was having horrible back pain last week but that all seems to be gone this week.
