I have the worst muscle knots on my lower back. Always. I have been reading up on something called myofascial pain syndrome which I think I might have. Anyways, these knots cause me to have the worst back pains due to tightness and stiffness in my back. I have been using a foam roller to stretch out the muscle knots and it’s helped me gain more motion plus it cracks my back in places I can’t reach. 🥲

It’s beautiful and y’ll should try it (being cautious and gentle) if you have bad back problems! I am going to start looking into physical therapy as well.
