Aroused but no desire??

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having this issue for pretty much most of my life. I get really aroused and my body feels heated. I have this need to have sex. And it’s so so strong. I feel aroused the entire day. I have this urge to masturbate. Sometimes I can’t stop touching myself cuz the feeling won’t go away. It’s kind of really uncomfortable.

Bottom line, I WANT TO FUCK 😭

The problem is..I have no desire to have sex. Sex has always been difficult for me. I’ve always found myself holding back a “no” or having difficulty vocalizing that I didn’t want something. It always hurts a lot and I also feel really guilty and sad after having sex ????

I genuinely feel like I’ll never be able to enjoy sex because of my thoughts and guilty feelings. But I have such a strong arousal.

Is there anyone out there that goes through what I’m going through and has tips to overcome or combat this?? Any advice would really really help!
