HELP!!!

Hiii so i am 25 weeks pregnant and tonight after i had sex i noticed a lotion like discharge as soon as he pulled out that was white. im not sure if this is cum from me or not because i have never creamed before but luckily whatever it was it went away and was not repetitive. i'm not sure if this could be a yeast infection? i haven't had any symptoms of one. he did not cum in me so i'm not sure if some came out anyways or...?
