Am I stupid?

Long story short...my ex was a hoe and was wooing many different girls at once, myself included. However, during that short period, we had so much fun, made great conversation, and had a strong connection between us. Almost three years has passed and we have started texting again. Is it crazy that I'm considering trying things out? I just feel like there is something there between us deep down and I have no clue what it is or what it could be.

Am I stupid for thinking about letting him back in?
