Depends. If you’re from a itty bitty town with not that many people or if he’s not that close with his family, no. 
If he is close with that group of people I’d say it could get really messy.

You will literally be the talk of every family event for that side of the family for the near future. Im sure they will be trying to figure out at which family event you two hit it off and if there was anything questionable going on before. Also if it doesn't work out and end poorly it's just more ammunition for his family not to like you. Just seems messy

Very. Your ex's brother is loyal to your ex. And then his wife is loyal to her brother. So if you marry her brother, her husband has to come to your stuff and pretend to be happy for you and in a way show disloyalty to his brother. Or he will be loyal to his bro and not wife thus creating tension in their marriage. But let us say you dont care about everyone else. 
Honestly why would you want it? Dont you want a clear cut from your ex? He would always come back into your life being that close.like a shadow hanging over your marriage. He will know a lot about your marriage that you dont want him to know. So many men out there, get a clean sheet.
