Postpartum anxiety
Hi.. I am severely struggling with postpartum anxiety and I’m to the point where I need to seek help. I am exclusively breastfeeding and the thought of being on an antidepressant and passing any sort of medication on to my baby sounds terrible. I don’t know what else to do
