Miscarriage, rough sex, or implantation bleeding ?

Hey guys this is my second pregnancy I’m currently five weeks and six days pregnant Me and my partner did have some rough sex a few hours ago shortly after I noticed that when I wiped there was some blood left on the tissue which has never happened to me before. I’m a little nervous and I don’t know if I’m in my head but I’m sure many of you are more educated on this than me so I’m sorry if this is too much information but can you please tell me does this look like a sign of miscarriage ?
