Hcg level at 7 weeks???

What was your hcg level at 7 weeks? From what I read around 6 or 7 weeks your hcg starts to slow down and double every 3-4 days. I had a blood draw at 5w2d and my hcg was 1226. It was great and doubling the whole week before and to then. Now at 6w6d I had a blood draw and my hcg was 3916. Is this normal??? And of course my doctor isn't in until Tuesday. I have a history of miscarriage and so they have also been check progesterone. That was 12.3 and then she put me on progesterone supplement even though that number was ok and last my last pro level was 13.1. Still good. Currently waiting on my progesterone from today. But im super concerned that my hcg isn't rising properly.
