Boyfriend still in love with ex?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for the past year and a half. Of course he has this one ex that I’m insecure about but the thing is I believe he manipulated me in a way to make me insecure about her to get a reaction. He straight up told me they had a fling after they broke up around the time we started talking but her ended it so I wouldn’t get caught up between it. I noticed a couple months ago they were friends on Facebook again and wen I asked “u said u blocked her that means u would’ve thought about her unblocked her and added her again” he lied and said it must be a new account. He was wrong her pictures dated back over four years. He said she just texted him happy birthday. Tonight he rings me at 4:30am after being at a party. He tells me he was in a fight with his exes brother. Apparently her brother was slagging my boyfriend about the ex. He ended up hitting her brother and got sent home. When we were talking on the phone I said something tjay annoyed him and he said “cmon I’m only after getting in a fight with your brother “ he thought I was her. I asked with what is my name and he got it right. Do u think he’s still in love with her? Her fought over her and got me mixed up with her?
