Implantation bleeding or pms?

On Thursday May 6 I went to pee and this came out... I thought I was spotting but this looked more like bloody cm.. Idk just because spotting dissolves in urine.. anyway when I do happen to spot I spot all day and o my notice as I wipe or in urine when I pee and usually the next morning I get heavy period.. this time it's very different.. I went to the restroom.. heard two drops after peeing.. saw and I was awe man my period.. I wiped and nothing.. so I put a panty liner.. nothing.. it's been 3 days and no period or spotting or anything... what can this be? Has anyone had this before and ended up pregnant? Right after seeing this the. Ext day I had full back pain and left ovary pain .. I sully cramp and have full back pain when my period is about to come .. but this time is different and I no longer have low back pain or left ovary pain.. I did take a pregnancy test a on Wednesday morning and it was negative. The spotting or Whaley that was , was in Thursday.. help!!
