The song me and my husband danced to at our wedding

I'm gonna be 18 next week. My husband just turned 19. We were 16 and 17 when we got married. Unless you're a Futurama fan you probably won't understand what I'm talking about. So for the dance at our wedding my mom wanted us to dance to love story by Taylor Swift. She paid for our wedding so I wasn't allowed to have a choice in anything in my wedding. I wasn't allowed to pick the music, the dress, the food, the colors, nothing. I didn't have a choice and neither did my husband. My mom said since it was her money, it was her wedding. So during our dance my husband had asked the dj if he could play a different song during our wedding. Unless you already know the Bureaucrat song from Futurama this isn't gonna make sense. My husband had them play THAT song during our dancr. Ill explain the joke. The chorus of the song " When push comes to shove you gotta do what you love even if it's a bad idea". Nobody wanted us to get married so young and while still in highschool. I wasn't pregnant or anything we just wanted to. My mom did end up agreeing but she like everyone else said it's a bad idea. My husband's joke was we love each other and we are gonna get married even if it's a bad idea. I laughed so hard! I am a Futurama FANATIC!!!! And that is one of my favorite songs. Funny enough my dad is a bureaucrat and the song fits him perfectly too lol. That pissed my mom off but we didn't care so now whenever anyone says they think us getting married so young was a mistake or questions our marriage we just say "When push comes to shove you gotta do what you love even if it's a bad idea". 😂
