I need some opinions

I took a equate pregnancy test on May 6 it came back positive. Took another one of same test a few hr later just to be sure it came back positive also . May 7th I took a FR line test it came back positive. Then I took a FR digital (yes/no) one and it came back Yes . A little bit after I took a ClearBlue digital (pregnant/not pregnant) it came back pregnant. May 8th I took another FR line test it came back positive and a little darker then my first FR line test. May 9th I started bleeding and cramping . I went to doctor on May 10 and they took blood work and my levels came back negative. The doctor is saying I wasn’t even pregnant. (NONE OF THESE TEST WAS TAKEN WITH FIRST MORNING URINE. They was taken with diluted urine

My question is... Why did I have 6 positive test 3 different brands and bought at 2 different stores and a missed period if they are telling me I wasn’t even pregnant?? I’m just looking for other opinions. At this point I’m confused

I’ve been trying for almost a year(I know thats not long compared to what some of you ladies are going through) I’ve taken so many test and have not yet gotten a test come back positive until now . All test came back positive within the time frame !!
