GD question
So this is my second pregnancy and i have GD again. I have an appt friday so I’ll ask doc, but in the meantime...
I made myself a spinach feta strawberry balsamic salad with steak. Low carbs. My number was 5.8 after an hour which is great as i have to be under 7.8. Only thing is i technically cheated since i had barely any carbs. This morning i had eggs 1 toast and yogurt and i got 8.8. Clearly carbs even if the suggested amount is causing my sugar to spike.
Should i stick to maintaining the sugar in check or maintaining the 150gr of carbs a day and end up taking insulin?
