Pregnant without symptoms?
Has anyone had no symptoms & still had a positive test. With my 1st I had no symptoms until 8 weeks so found out really late, so i know it’s definitely possible to not show any symptoms but this time around I just feel like I’d feel different if I was 🤷🏻♀️ hope that makes sense lol
