Havnt stopped bleeding

So 2 days ago o stopped bleeding then durning the night before I would go to bed I would start spotting again, then I wake up and no blood on pad,In my pee or even when I wiped so I would go on with my day then the same thing would happen been doing that for 3 days now it’s just like spotting nothing huge but I can never catch a break I mean don’t get me wrong I’m happy I’m bleeding but when trying for a baby that’s impossible when constantly bleeding, I’m thinking it’s the pills I been taking to conceive but I’m not sure I have a doctor appointment tomorrow with my doctor but I just wanted to see if anybody else experienced or is experiencing something like this.had a first period April 1-April 5 was a decent period not to heavy not to light had some clots but not a lot then I stopped for awhile then started back up April 21 started off light then got darker and darker and heavier with huge clots all the way till today I’m just spotting now
