Getting back to bottle

Hello,

Our newborn (10 weeks old) ate from the bottle for the first 2 weeks and then we successfully transitioned to breastfeeding only. Now that my wife is going back to work in a month, we wanted her to start taking the bottle but she refuses it. We tried different bottles, nipples, dad going outside to feed, bait and switch...but none of these have worked so far. Are there any other ways to get her eating from the bottle again? We would love if she would both breastfeed and bottle feed.
