What are these bumps

This started about a week ago on the back of my thigh. It started as flesh colored itchy bumps and now it looks like this. I don’t know what it possible could be

100% need a dr. They will see it & tell or be able to swab it. But it looks very suspicious... maybe herpes? Have you been with new partners?
Could it be a reaction to new detergents/creams that’s just irritated from scratching?

Btw I would put a bandaid over it to avoid it spreading or it oozing an getting on anything. And make sure to wash your hands after touching it to be safe.

hi! i’ve seen some comments about herpes, I have genital herpes and this is not what my first outbreak looked like at all and it usually doesn’t start on your thighs. if it was herpes it would be in the vaginal/anal area. hope this helps!! see a doctor boo!
