Liletta: Sudden missed period with cramps?

Hi Ladies. Worried momma of 2 with a genuine concern, and could use some insight from others who may have experienced the same thing.

I've had my Liletta for 3 years, and not once had a complication. My periods were consistent and textbook accurate, until this cycle. I'm about 5 days late, cramping, not even spotting, but when I took a home pregnancy test, the result was negative. I'm going to see my doctor about this later today, but I was wondering if anyone else went through something like this?

Did it cause you to miss periods all of a sudden, or even abruptly stop your periods altogether? This is my first IUD (I tried most other BC methods before going this route), so, naturally, I'm scared and concerned about what could potentially be happening to me.

It doesn't help I've been under some stress lately either, as my spouse and I have been home hunting. Any helpful feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
