IUD insertion question
I got an IUD inserted today, I wasn't really paying attention when my Dr explained this part because I was in pain so I'm asking here. What is the reason for getting like black crumb like stuff coming out? Is that blood? Is it because of the iodine she used? I remember her saying it was normal to have stuff some out that looks like Oreo crumbs but I'm just curious what it actually is
