Ovulation test question

Am I having another surge or am I ovulating a seconded time? I’m so confused I definitely ovulated on the 11th I had the ovary pain my whole uterus area felt so sore. I had a chemical back in April before this past cycle. Sorry the pictures uploaded backwards! Should we keep BD every other day? We took a break cuz I thought maybe I had a yeast infection but it has cleared up now
