Washing scratched up scalp

Baby (11 weeks) scratched up her head in the middle of the night. Which is strange because I never saw her scratching her head. But this morning when I went to feed her I saw she had fresh cuts on the top of her head that were bleeding. It really freaked me out because I trim her nails weekly, but I put some peroxide and neosporin on her head. I was just wondering how long I should wait before I wash her hair since they were bleeding this morning.
