Nipple stimulation using Haaka?

Question

So will catching colostrum with haaka be a type of nipple stimulation that might work for naturally inducing labour ? Has anyone tried this ?

No. A haaka isnt a pump and has no suction pattern to it. If youre trying to induce it needs to be an actual pump that can mimic the feeding of a baby in strength and speed. For pumping to work to induce labor it needs to be done pretty consistently (10-15 minutes per side every 1-2 hours) and even then its not a great way to induce because it causes irregular contractions

Most likely no, wouldn't work.
Haaka doesn't basically stimulate anything. You need something that suclkes, sucks and makes you feel good. So, if you enyou your man playing with your brests, then go for it. But if you do it just because "you want the baby out", it doesn't work.
The thing behind nipple stimulation working is release of oxytosin, and that is a feel good hormone, so your body produces it if you are enjpying yourself.
