You’re testing way too much!
• test 2x a day
• do NOT test in the morning, you should test between 1pm-7pm, this is when your LH is the highest, it develops the most in the afternoon, FMU is only the best when testing for pregnancy
• try to hold your pee for 4 hours before testing
• don’t drink a lot of water, it’ll dilute your pee, you want it concentrated to pick up the LH levels
