is this normal while pregnant?

lately ive been feeling gross while having sex with my husband i get horny at first but then i can't finish having sex or i can't give him a bj & it makes me feel bad bc i know he wants it & i want to but i can't get myself to do it. i keep thinking to spice things up but i can't even wear my lingerie anymore i can't get myself to do it i see that im getting so big & i just feel disgusting 😫
