Need constructive advice... :’(

I’m an 18 year old girl who will be 19 this month. I have been in a relationship for over a year and it hasn’t been the best. We have had a pretty hard time trying to gain back each other’s trust after infidelities that both him and i have done to each other in the past. I was pregnant Feb 2020 and I had an abortion at 6 1/2 weeks. Whenever we have arguments it’s always a topic that is brought up. I’m pregnant again with baby #2 and I’m not sure what to do. I just got my first car, I don’t have a completely stable job but I know my mom would support me through my decision although it’s obviously not something easy. I indirectly told her that I was pregnant and she got mad and walked out. I don’t know what to do, I feel like an abortion wouldn’t make me feel better about the situation but what can I really do now?
