How to induce naturally?

Anybody know how to induce naturally? 37 weeks and sooooo over it. I keep getting painful cramps and so much pressure down there, can hardly walk. :(

I don’t know if it was a fluke, or if it helped, but with my first for the 2 nights before my water broke, I walked vigorously for 30 minutes, took a bath in Epsom salts and then my husband and I had sex and focused a lot on nipple stimulation 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm drinking very very little amounts of castor oil, just started yesterday. Basically like 2sips a day and three this morning I started having crazy painful contractions. I'm talking 4-5 min apart. They've subsided now but I'm about to walk as well. Also read that eating pineapple may help. So I basically downed a whole container last night too.
