BODY FEELS HOT BUT ONLY AT NIGHT
This randomly started happening about two weeks ago. I get so hot at night even though the air is on 67 degrees. I also have my ceiling fan on and another fan next to me. I really don’t understand what’s going on. I’m not pregnant and I’m only 23 I’m on the birth control patch and been on it for a couple of years now. 😭. Feels like I’m going crazy.
